New coin phrase word FLAGOT

I never though I'd see the day when I would have to coin a phase or make up a word for the dumbest part of our population.

FLAGOT:a person or persons who do not have a life,real Friends/Family, or income that's not from the Government.
They insist on flagging comments or adds on the Internet 24/7 as if it's there life's mission to be the Internet cops.
They have no control over there lifeless life ,so they have an inbred need to be a brown shirt tattletale and think they are making a difference in there tiny world.
How sad to think you belong to a part of something you will never be.
