The power to take private property for public use by a state, municipality, or private person or corporation authorized to exercise functions of public character, following the payment of just compensation to the owner of that property.

Sad we dont realize that everything under our feet,Oil,natural gas, coal, precious metals ,timber,National parks,BLM land,roads, bridges, highways, local Parks,rail roads and river, lakes ,steams and our rain water, etc, our Government has sold out from under us long ago to foreign interest for there spending.
Just try to use public lands and see what happens..it's not mine ,yours ,our ours.

tax us on our health or lack there of...
