The perfect hard boiled egg

Ever have an over cooked hard boiled egg, only to find out ya crack it open and the yolk has green stuff around it. and when ya bite into it is dry and tastes like egg sawdust.
Try this:

1. In a stainless pot add filtered purified water and a few dashes of sea salt
2. In the mean time take Organic free range non-GMO Fed and hormone free fresh eggs out of the refrigerator to warm up to close to room temperature.
3. Add eggs to pot at a rolling boil.
4. Let eggs boil for exactly 10 minutes.
5. Immediately take pot off stove, drain hot water,and emerge eggs in cold water till water from pot is cold
6. Take shells off eggs. Rinse eggs in cold water until cool to the touch.
7. Eat or package and refrigerate.
8. or you can pickle them to your taste but that's another story
